TOWN AND COUNTRY STORAGE

Make a list and decide what needs to be stored. Find boxes, quality provides extra protection. Same size and shape of boxes make storing/stacking much easier.

Avoid newspaper packing to prevent stain potential. Use plain butcher paper, bubble wrap or packing p-nuts. Pack full to avoid collapsing of boxes.

Seal boxes using strong industrial tape, buy extra as tape goes fast!

Rolls of shrink wrap will keep appliances safe, dresser and cabinet doors closed , providing safe transfer.

Drain all fluids from mechanical equipment to avoid corrosive damage.

Never store perishable items (food) or combustible items (chemicals).

Use High Quality locks to protect property inside of units.

Smaller items can be stored inside of dressers, cabinets and refrigerators in order to save storage space.

Label all boxes for easy view and recovery.

Keep all important papers with you (birth cert., social sec., records). It is easy to lose track of property during a move/storage. Be organized and plan ahead.
