Do you offer moving trucks?
Town & Country provides each new customer with free use of their trailer, up to three full hours. Some of our facilities offer truck rentals, contact the facility directly to find availability.
Do you offer services for business customers as well as household?
We can accommodate all storage needs while providing customized assistance for business storage needs. This may include; special discounts, managed reports, unit lease management, packing and pick-up assistance, unit size customization, and on/off site customer support.
Can I buy all my moving/storage needs from Town & Country?
Town & Country provides everything needed to ensure your storage/moving experience is as hassle-free as possible (boxes, tape, locks, racket straps, bubble wrap, etc.)
What kind of security do you offer and is my property safe at Town & Country?
Town & Country uses a state of the art digital video recording system to ensure the protection of your property. Each individual is assigned a gate access code in order to enter the facility. Every door on site is equipped with an individual alarm leaving no entry unnoticed.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit/debit cards. The customer has the option to use our automatic billing system, furthering their storage convenience.
What are the payment terms?
Town & Country offers month-to-month, 6 month and year lease rates. The longer you stay with Town & Country, the cheaper your rates will be. Please contact us for all storage rates.
What is the difference between office and gate hours?
The Office hours are when the manager is on site to personally assist your storage needs. Gate hours are when you may enter the facility through the gate in order to access your personal storage unit.
Can I access my storage unit 24 hours a day?
Town & Country currently offers 24 hours access to all customers. |
